Oude Geuze 3 Fontaines is a stable, cool cellar for 10 years after bottling date logged. Oude Geuze, long preserved in terms of acidity is softened but gets more complex taste tests.
Oude Kriek 3 Fonteinen produced by ripening cherries (both the pulp and the seeds) in young Lambic. This process takes between 6-8 months after bottling the beer matures for at least 4 months in a warm room where the spontaneous fermentation occurs in the bottle.
The head of Oude Kriek is very sensitive to the concentration of oil that the cherry pits, and which may vary from one year to light.
Getting old Kriek 3 Fontaines, no flavor, fresh-or dyes added which makes this beer very natural and is especially thirst-quenching.
The Golden Blend is made with 4 year old Lambic that accounts for 25 % of it’s contents, the rest of the blend is made up by a "secret" combination of 1, 2 and 3 year old Lambic.
The exact mixture is only known by the master-blender Armand himself.
The name "Golden Blend" is not far away from the truth, in fact, the 4 years of maturation in oak-wooden barrels is making this particular Lambic very expensive.
Due to the "evaporation" through the barrels, only a small percentage of the lambic is left over after 4 years of maturing.

Specifically, the mixed fermentation, yeast culture on the one hand from the Beersel Blonde, other lambic yeast. The lambic, brewed by Armand Debelder, a specific type of Brettanomyces Insulated. This yeast gives this beer of 7% alc. volume slightly tart finish.
