Naast de boerderij staat de Oude Brouwerij.

Brouwerij Eylenbosch Huizingen. 1876-1960
Opgericht als winteractiviteit voor de boerderij.
60 jaar later rijpt er terug lambiek op ons erf.

In 2021 presenteerde we de eerste Oude Kriek
2022 presenteren we de eerste Oude Geuze.

This Gueuze is a traditional blend of young and old lambics.

Just as a young larva develops for years within oak wood to eventually emerge as a beautiful beetle, this lambic undergoes a prolonged aging process in oak barrels to be enjoyed as Gueuze.

Blend of lambics macerated with 3 varieties of organically grown cherries, fermented and aged in Amarone wine barrels (Boticella). After maceration, the blend was further aged in a foeder.

The beets were carefully selected and harvested from our own field.

This blend consists of wood aged beet lambic and beet pomace from maceration.

Three varieties sourced from two local farmers. The fruits were hand-picked from the orchards.

We press the fruit and let it spontaneously ferment in lambic barrels.

The Cannonau di Sardegna is a unique Sardean grape. These organic grapes are grown by our friends from Cantina Pusole in Sardinia.

The wine ripened along with our Pajotse cider.

When blended, a small infusion of cinnamon was added to accent the almond flavor and spicyness of the stones

Schaarbeekse cherries are handpicked at and around the farm every year. These are fermented and macerated on young lambiek for 6 months. Before bottling, several barrels are blended.

Just as the young larva lives in oak wood for at least 4 years only to fly around as an adult beetle for a few weeks, this lambic undergoes a long wood-aging process before being enjoyed as Gueuze.
